With more than 20 years of experience in digital education, her professional career revolves around Educational Technology and Educational Innovation. She began her career at the Tecnológico de Monterrey, advising professors on the design of their chairs to adapt to the satellite class model.
Starting in the year 2000, she coordinated quality initiatives for the online education model and managed educational projects for the Virtual University. She was an advisor for improvement circles in student support services and in the design of production processes for online courses. She managed innovation transfer processes, design and implementation of project offices, as well as service level agreements and service operation agreements.
She has been a teacher in the area of Engineering, as well as an instructor of online courses in the area of Technology and Educational Sciences. In addition, she has participated in eLearning consulting programs for different Universities.
She currently works as the MOOC Academic Coordinator, in the Alternative Credentials department of the Institute for the Future of Education of the Tecnológico de Monterrey, managing the offer of courses on the MOOC platforms (Coursera and edX), as well as Educational Innovation projects.
